Bass in the surf

I hit the surf in Loveladies around noon today and fished until 2. Caught a 20" striper on my second cast on a bucktail tipped w/ gulp. The bass hit the bucktail about five feet from my feet. I was fishing for fluke but I'll take it! I also caught about 10 short fluke all on the teasor with gulp. It was a great day.....took my 2 month old son to the beach for the first time and fished while my wife and him hung out on the beach. One of the fluke I caught swallowed a whole swimming mullet gulp when I was taking the hook out.........I wonder if he will end up spitting that out? He sure isn't gonna pass it out the back end.
